How To Rent

RESERVE YOUR RENTAL:
      1. Choose your reservation date from the calendar.
      2. Fill out the additional information requested. VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL and VENUE DISTANCE INFO.
      3. Read and review the terms of service page. By renting our pieces you are agreeing to all terms listed.

MILEAGE/ TRAVEL FEE:

Based on distance to your venue, a separate invoice including mileage charges may be emailed to you within a week after purchase.

Please note, we are based in Cincinnati, Ohio and service the greater Cincinnati area (within 120 miles of zip code 45208). We do not offer shipping

Rentals located 21-120 miles from zip code 45208 will be subject to a delivery charge and/or minimum spend.

1-20 miles (no travel fee)
21-50 miles ($2/mile billed separately)
51-120 miles ($2,200 minimum spend + $2/mile billed separately)

Rentals exceeding 50 miles require a minimum reservation spend of $2,200. This minimum only pertains to the florals and does not include additional moving, travel fees, etc.

PICK UP

All rentals include a pickup time on or before 10PM EST. This time can be adjusted and determined prior to 60 days before your event. We understand you may not know your exact pickup time at the time you make your reservation. This is completely fine, we will be in touch closer to your event to determine these types of details.

Pickups past 10PM EST will incur a late pickup fee.

10:30PM charge of $50

11PM charge of $100

11:30PM charge of $150

12AM charge of $200

12:30AM charge of $250

1AM charge of $300

ADDING FLORALS

Don't see the floral color scheme you're looking for? Forever Floral Co offers brides the option to add in additional stems $50/dozen. 

Florals cannot be removed from our pieces, but by adding in 2-3 dozen flowers for a pop of color, these existing styles can be transformed to fit your color scheme perfectly.

MOVING FEE

The pricing listed is for 1 setup/location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. This fee is based on multiple factors and will differ depending on location, distance, rentals, team members required etc.

Please reach out to foreverfloralcorentals@gmail.com to receive a quote for additional moving fees. Our arches are very large and do not fit through normal doorways. They have to be dissembled, which will require our movers and/or florist to remove the florals, dissemble the item, transport it to the new location, then reassemble, and re-apply the florals. We require our own team to move any items. This is due to insurance reasons, which will not cover anyone outside our team to handle our items.

Ground florals may be moved by an insured coordinator or wedding planner. Even if a Forever Floral Co LLC team member is not required to move your ground florals, Forever Floral Co LLC must be notified of location changes 60 days prior to your event.
